Supervision is such an important part of our counselling practice, both in terms of client work, professional development and support for the counsellors wellbeing, and a necessary part of professional registration

I offer supervision sessions where we focus on making supervision focused on your requirements to support and enhance your practice and personal wellbeing. I work using the Seven Eyed Model and providing a reflective space where we can explore your work, how it impacts on your clients, you and on your personal and professional development. I believe that supervision can be both supportive and challenging if the space is safe enough, meaning it is individually focused and not just case presentation.

Whilst my modality is grounded in psychodynamic and trauma informed work, I have training of other models of supervision.
